Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    • The "Ugliest Verticals" contest (the "Contest") is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of JustVerticalBlinds.com and their immediate family members.

  2. Entry Submission:

    • To enter the Contest, participants must submit their entry via the designated submission form on the JustVerticalBlinds.com website.
    • Each participant may submit one entry.
    • Entries must include a photo of the vertical blinds along with a brief description explaining why the blinds are considered the "ugliest."
    • By submitting an entry, participants grant JustVerticalBlinds.com the right to use and display the submitted content for promotional purposes related to the Contest.

  3. Winner Selection:

    • The winner will be selected based on the creativity and uniqueness of their entry, as determined by a panel of judges appointed by JustVerticalBlinds.com.
    • The decision of the judges in selecting the winner shall be final and binding.
    • In the event of a tie, JustVerticalBlinds.com reserves the right to select the winner at its sole discretion.

  4. Prize:

    • The winner will receive a full refund of their purchase amount for vertical blind replacement slats made on JustVerticalBlinds.com.
    • The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other products.

  5. Contest Period:

    • The Contest begins on 3/14/24  and ends on 4/30/24.
    • All entries must be submitted by the end of the Contest period to be eligible for consideration.

  6. Announcement of Winner:

    • The winner will be announced by May 10, 2024 on the JustVerticalBlinds.com website and official social media channels.
    • The winner will also be notified via email or direct message within 10 days of the announcement.

  7. General Conditions:

    • JustVerticalBlinds.com reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate.
    • JustVerticalBlinds.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
    • By participating in the Contest, participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • JustVerticalBlinds.com shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or related to participation in the Contest.

  8. Privacy Policy:

    • All personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
