Returns & Exchanges
At JustVerticalBlinds.com, all of our products are custom-made to your exact specifications. Because they are uniquely tailored to your order, they cannot be resold in the ordinary course of business. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders may only be canceled or modified within 3 hours of purchase.
- No cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be granted after 3 hours of placing your order, no exceptions.
- If you cancel within the 3-hours of placing your order, your money will be refunded in full.
- Production begins the morning your order is placed, so please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Manufacturing & Shipping Delays
- On rare occasions, delays may occur due to out-of-stock materials, supply chain issues, factory overload, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
- If a known delay arises, we will notify you as soon as possible. However, delays do not warrant cancellations or refunds.
Returns for Modification
- Returns for modification are the full responsibility of the customer.
- This includes return packaging, tracking information, shipping costs, a 10% restocking fee, and any other associated expenses.
- If JustVerticalBlinds.com is at fault for an incorrect product, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within three (3) business days.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Right to Reject Orders
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued.
