We are located in Florida (USA) so all orders are processed in USD. 

 

Where do you ship from?

 

We ship from our factory located in Port Richey, Florida. So, please expect your items to be shipped as quickly as possible.

 

What about shipping costs?

Shipping is $24.95 within the United States.

Samples are $6.95 shipped via USPS

 

How long will it take to receive a tracking number?


Some orders may ship the same day, depending on the product and current production volume. For items we keep in stock, tracking is usually available within 3–5 business days. If the item is not in stock, it may take approximately 7–14 business days to ship.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

 

We use UPS and FedEx Ground services for customers. Samples and parts will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

 

Can I return my product?

 

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but your product is made custom to your specifications and not eligible for return. However, if we make a mistake on your order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
